Stutsman County is located in eastern North Dakota. It was named for Enos Stutsman, an American Politician.
The seat and largest city are both Jamestown, the 9th largest city in North Dakota.
Stutsman County borders Foster, Griggs, Banes, LaMoure, Logan, Kidder and Wells Counties.
Main highways through the county include I-94, US-52, US-281, ND-9, ND-20, ND-30 and ND-46.
